Only specially selected customers are eligible to subscribe to INKK Supa5G Mobile Data Plans during the pilot phase.
INKK Supa5G Mobile Data plans subscribed from *494# are set to auto-renew after their expiry period. To un-subscribe from the 5G data plans, dial *494#, select the plan you are subscribed to and select Option 2 to “Un-subscribe”.
Remaining data will expire upon expiry date and time.
The pilot phase of INKK Supa5G Mobile Data Plans is available to selected INKK Mobile customers ONLY.
To experience INKK Mobile 5G Internet Services, you must first be selected to be a part of the pilot phase, be in a 5G coverage area, have a 5G-Ready device, have a 5G-enabled mobile data plan, and ensure that the network mode on your device is set to 5G. Note: Power Saving features may restrict your phone from accessing 5G in order to conserve battery power. Disable Power Saver Mode to access 5G.
Customers cannot sign up to be a part of the pilot programme to ensure a seamless customer experience. Customers will be selected by the product team based on a special criterion. Eligible Customers will be notified about their selection via an SMS message to confirm that they have been enrolled into the pilot programme.
